Meet the Team
Our Support Team
Our
support team consists of four reception staff and the practice manager.
They are all passionate about offering our clients a friendly and
efficient service.
All
of them are very happy to answer any queries that you may have. They
would also be pleased to receive any suggestions for improvement of the
practice, service or facilities that we provide.
As
with our nurses, all our support team are also carefully trained and
kept up-to-date with new technology, procedures and information.

Pam Todd has been a
part-time receptionist for the last eight years After having previously
worked
for a large organisation, she now enjoys the friendliness of our small
but progressive practice.
Suzanne Fogden has
recently rejoined us after taking maternity leave for the birth of her
first son, Charlie. Suzanne was previously Dr Jamil's nurse but she has
joined the receptionist team on a part-time basis so that she can spend
more time with Charlie, although, given her training, you may well find
her keeping her hand in by covering for the other nurses during their
absence.

Linda Scott - Our full-time receptionist has been with us for eight
years. She loves her role of welcoming our clients and knows most of
them by name. She takes great pride in the service given by the
receptionist team and will go out of her way to help with queries or
problems. Linda has recently had a smile makeover done at the practice
and so has first-hand experience to pass on to clients thinking
about similar treatments.
Elsie Lowe has also been with us for the last eight years as a
part-time receptionist. Elsie and Pam job-share so you will usually find
one of them ready to greet you. Elsie has brought a touch of
down-to-earth Northern humour to the job which has proved very popular
with our clients.
Yvonne Beckett - our practice manager joined us in 2004 coming from
retail and business management. She is enjoying the challenge of a
different environment and is keen to ensure that Katoomba continues to
offer a courteous and professional service. She is happy to meet with
clients at any time to answer queries or to take suggestions for
improving the practice.
