We are a Denplan Excel qualified
practice and we regularly carry out patient surveys. These are discussed by all
members of the practice at regular staff meetings to ensure that our service is
the best we can make it. We are always looking for ways to improve and we
take any feedback very seriously.

is excellent and even if I moved house I would travel a long way to stay with

The care and attention provided by the
dental practice, the dentist and his team, are excellent. Preventative care
programme recommended to us by the dentist has helped in reducing the need for
surgical treatment.
The team are enthusiastic. I always
see my own dentist, the receptionists remind me about appointments, and everyone
is friendly and professional.
My wife and I make a round trip of
about 40 miles because we have confidence in Dr Liu and are very satisfied with
all members of Katoomba Practice. We moved away from the locality 11 years ago.
Dr Jamil and his team do an excellent
job . Everyone there seems to do that little bit extra to make sure that your
needs are their priority.
Very professional service in clean,
hygienic surroundings. I consider the dental care I currently receive to be of
an excellent standard.
